Refund and Returns Policy.
At Impossible Images, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality AI-generated stock images and a seamless and user-friendly subscription experience.
However, we understand that sometimes a customer needs to request a refund for a subscription purchase.
In such cases, we have developed the following refunds policy:
- Refunds will only be granted for the current month’s subscription charge. We do not provide refunds for previous months or partial months. If you have already created or downloaded images in the current month, a refund is at our sole discretion.
- To request a refund, the customer must provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request.
- If the refund request is due to a technical issue with the subscription or download process, we will try to resolve the issue before granting a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer has already downloaded any images during the current subscription month or if any images have been used in any way.
- Customers may cancel their subscription anytime and will not be charged for the following month’s subscription charge.
- We do not accept returns on any downloads as these are digital files.
