- No Depiction of Real Individuals: Do not create images that depict real individuals, whether living or deceased.
- No Artist Mimicry: Refrain from using prompts that imitate the style of any artist.
- No Nudity: Images with any form of nudity are strictly prohibited.
- No Sensitive or Triggering Content: Avoid images that depict sensitive, distressing, or potentially triggering themes.
- No Repetitive Content: Do not upload sets of images that are essentially the same with slight variations; such images will be removed.
All images are subject to moderation. Content that does not meet our standards or is deemed by our moderators to violate these rules will be removed. This decision is final, and no discussion will be entered into. Repeat offenders may be removed from the site.
4. Licensing and Ownership
4A. Licence Granted to Purchasers
Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the downloaded image for commercial and personal purposes, subject to the restrictions below.
Permitted uses include:
- Websites and digital media
- Social media content
- Marketing and advertising materials
- Editorial and blog content
- Presentations and internal business materials
The licence does not transfer ownership of the image.
4B. Prohibited Uses
Purchased images may not be:
- Used as standalone products for resale
- Printed on merchandise for commercial sale (including but not limited to T-shirts, mugs, posters, canvases, phone cases or similar goods)
- Distributed, sublicensed, resold, or made available as stock content
- Used in a way that implies exclusive ownership
The image may not be the primary value of a product being sold.
No extended or merchandise licences are currently offered.
5. Payment and Fees
Details regarding payment structures, fees, and commissions will be provided separately. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their earnings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Impossible Images is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid or received by that user through the platform in the six months preceding the claim.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to the service, unless you reside in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration. This means that you agree to give up your right to go to court to sue us (or be sued by us) under this contract (except for some disputes that can be taken to small claims court). Our disputes will be determined by a neutral arbitrator and not a judge or jury, and you cannot start or join a class action lawsuit. 8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By purchasing or downloading images from the Platform, you agree that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of your location.
9. Amendments
Impossible Images reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
